The house itself is very
spacious with front terrace, bedroom
terrace and a large sundeck on the roof.
The house has 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a living room
(with cable-TV and DVD player), open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave
etc.), washing department with laundry machine, wardrobe and bathroom
with shower. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor with 2 pairs
of single beds plus one double bed and a large bathroom with a
tub/shower. On the second floor you will find a big roof terrace of 39
m² incl. a shower. From there you will have an exquisite
view of the Mediterranean Sea and the hilly surroundings.
Adjacent to the property you
will find a large underground, enclosed
garage with private access from the house, which can be used after
special arrangement with the house owner.
The whole complex is enclosed with big steel gates which are handled
electronically. This is also the case for the parking facilities where
the garage is located.
The house is equipped with one stationary air-conditioning device in the living room and 3 mobile air-conditioning devices, which easily can be transported around the house. These can supply users with both cold and warm air.
