The following seasonal price levels are applicable: 

Season Price/week
01/12 - 31/03 320 € (approx. 266 £)
01/04 - 14/06 495 € (approx. 411 £)
15/06 - 15/09 655 € (approx. 542 £)
16/09 - 30/11 495 € (approx. 411 £)

  • Plus deposit (200 €, wired three weeks prior to arrival. Power consumption (0,42 € per KwH) is paid from the deposit. The remaining amount is wired back to the guest latest two weeks after departure. End cleaning of the house is paid cash at arrival and cost 100 € incl. rent of linnen, towels and cleaning hereof. Meet and greet 25 €
